Every year, without fail, when spring rolls around I get the urge to change things around. Reorganize my physical environment. I guess it’s a symptom of finally getting away from the dark and dreary winter months and finally seeing the sun shining again.

I am very much in the middle of this process right now. My home office space is a bit of a mess as I’m moving things around, trying things out and figuring out what I want it to look like. I haven’t had the time to do much with this space since we moved into our new house about a year ago, but this summer I’m definitely going to spend the time and money to make some upgrades.

I’ve also started mentally making some plans for our garage which we plan to renovate this summer. It’s going to be a big project, but I’m very much looking forward to getting started on it.

Last weekend I started tearing up our yard as well. The previous owners of this house left us with a bunch of bushes and plants that haven’t been very well cared for, so those are all getting torn out.

The home screen on my iPhone, which I haven’t changed in a while, has also fallen victim to this process. I’ll post an update once I figure out what I’m doing with that particular project. Point is, I’ve got a few things to deal with spring/summer. Hopefully I’ll be able to finish at least a few of them.
