As I’m writing this there is only about an hour left until the calendar ticks over to June 1st. Which means another month has once again flown by in a flash. Time moves so quickly these days. I know it’s one of those inevitable side effects of getting older, but I can’t seem to get used to it.

At least summer is finally here, which means work is starting to wind down bit by bit which means less stress and, hopefully, a bit more time to stop and smell the proverbial roses.

I want this summer to last a good long while.
